Agency Referrals
We accept referrals from public and third sector agencies including:
For agency referrals please complete the referral form linked below and submit via email to referrals@safespacehousing.co.uk
All referral forms should be submitted with a completed risk assessment and, where
appropriate, relevant supporting documentation. All referrals will be screened to determine eligibility, and a comprehensive needs assessment undertaken to ascertain individual needs and the support required, following which a decision will be made and the referring agency will be notified.

If you need to make a referral for yourself or on someone’s behalf, please contact us to discuss your accommodation and support needs.
If you are eligible for our service, you will be booked in for a needs assessment with our Housing Support Team to assess your needs and identify the support you require. Please note that a comprehensive needs assessment must be undertaken prior to any offers of accommodation being made.
