We understand that many male adults are experiencing homelessness have specific needs that require targeted support to enable them to become self-sufficient and independent. Through this targeted support we help our service users to develop the skills and ability to lead productive lives and engage positively in their communities.

We offer a variety of support to our service users according to their needs, including:

Health & Wellbeing- Physical & Psychological
Engaging with Healthcare Provider
  • Able to register with local GP and dentist
  • Know how to book appointment
  • Able to attend appointments on time as required
  • Understand how to access medical records
  • Understand how to order and collect prescriptions
  • Attending appointments with other healthcare professionals as required(mental or physical health)
Physical Health
  • Understand benefits of regular exercise/activity
  • Engage in at least 30 minutes of physical activity per day
  • Explore different types of exercise that meet needs and maintain motivation
  • Knowing how to register with gym/other facilities
  • Understand importance of healthy eating and good nutrition
  • Able to shop for and prepare a simple, healthy and balanced meal
