We at Safe Space Housing are dedicated to offering comfortable, secure, and clean housing. As a result, we regularly check on the wellbeing and maintenance of all of our service users. It's critical that you report any damage or repairs as soon as possible in order to maintain excellent standards. Use the form below to submit this.

Schedule for Repairs

The timeframe is as follows from the point at which you notify us that repairs are required:

• Emergency repairs – 24 hours (this refers to problems that make it difficult for you to perform activities that are necessary for everyday life, such as sleeping, cooking and washing.)
• Urgent repairs – 7 days
• General repairs – 28 days
